烧伤创面进行性加深的原因及防治方法分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the reasons of burn wound were deepened and explore its prevention and control measures. Methods 426 cases of burn patients were selected to our hospital from January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2014, the patients were randomly divided into control group 200cases and observation group 226cases.The control group were treated with routine nursing, the observation group patients in the control group on the basis of the patients to relieve wound edema, give relief wound compression state, patients to promote the local blood circulation nursing mode. The situation of wound on two groups of wound healing were observed, analysis of causes of patients with wound deepened, and the prevention measures are discussed. Results In the control group, progressive deepening occurred in168 cases, the observation group of 103 cases appeared deepened patients, with statistical signiifcance in this study, all the conclusions. Conclusion The patients to relieve wound edema, promote the local blood circulation, wound compression patients can relieve patients of burn wounds of deepening the remission of symptoms, and promote an early recovery of patients.%目的：分析烧伤创面进行性加深的原因并探讨其防治的措施。方法将我院2013年1月～2014年12月收治的426例烧伤患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组200例和观察组226例。其中对照组进行常规治疗与护理，观察组患者在对照组的基础上给予减轻患者创面水肿、缓解患者创面受压状态、促进局部血液循环等护理方式。对两组创面的愈合情况进行观察，分析患者创面进行性加深的原因，并对其防治措施进行探讨。结果对照组发生创面进行性加深168例，观察组出现进行性加深103例，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论通过减轻患者创面水肿、缓解患者创面受压状态、促进局部血液循环可以减轻患者烧伤创面的进行性加深的症状，促进患者早日康复。
