欧美核电厂安全级电气设备鉴定标准比较

         

摘要

欧洲和美国核电厂安全级电气设备鉴定顶层标准分别为IEC 60780和IEEE STD 323,两个标准在理念与方法上有多相同点,也有分歧。分析了我国核电厂采用安全级电气设备鉴定标准的现状,详细研究了IEEE STD 323-2003与IEC 60780:1998,指出两者在理念、应用领域、适用范围、试验程序、试验顺序、鉴定裕度、试验方法、老化概念等方面的相似点与不同点,提出了融合IEEE323与IEC60780制定我国核安全级电气设备鉴定标准的构想。%IEC 60780 and IEEE STD 323 are Europe and the U.S. top-level equipment qualiifcation standards for safety electrical equipment in nuclear power plant.There are similarities and major differences in the concepts and methods between the two standards.The paper presents the analysis of the status quo of China's nuclear power plant safety electrical equipment qualiifcation standards and a detailed study of IEEE STD 323-2003 and IEC 60780:1998,Moreover,it pointes out the similarities and differences that exist in concept and application areas,the scope of application,test procedures,test sequence,margin,test methods and aging concept.Then,the paper proposes the idea of integration and development of China's nuclear safety electrical equipment qualiifcation standards IEEE 323 and IEC 60780.
