According to the requirements of the relevant nuclear safety regulations,nuclear power plant in the construction phase and the production phase should perform the hydraulic test of the primary loop,and the greatest risk of this test is overpressure of the primary loop.The overpressure might break the primary loop boundary,or even affect the life of major equipments of the primary loop.How to create a high stable,operative overpressure protection system has become an important issue.This paper starts by how to design and optimize the over pressure protection system.Then it comprehensively discusses the implementation and optimization solution of the overpressure protection system.%根据核安全法规要求,核电站在工程建设阶段和大修阶段应执行一回路水压试验,试验面临的最大风险就是一回路超压,轻则出现破口损坏一回路边界,重则影响一回路主设备的使用寿命,如何建立一套稳定性高、操作性强的超压保护装置成为重要课题。本文从超压保护装置的设计、优化着手,介绍了CPR1000项目采用MACS-MELTAC DCS平台后,水压试验超压保护系统在机组DCS嵌套的设计实施方案及其他优化改进措施。
