田湾数字化专设安全设施多样化驱动系统标准适应性研究

         

摘要

核电机组数字化仪控保护系统的引入,体现了数字化的优势,也带来了对软件共因故障的担忧,数字化保护系统防御软件共因故障的方案成为各新建机组核安全评审中的重要问题。为防止保护系统软件共因故障情况下专设安全设施驱动系统(ESFAS)正常触发信号丢失,田湾核电站二期机组在数字化保护系统(TXS)的基础上设置了一套多样化驱动系统(DAS,又名MASS即手动驱动后备系统),提供独立于TXS软件的硬手操方案。本文概述了法规标准对数字化保护系统防御软件共因故障的要求以及设置多样化驱动方案的要求,在考虑TXS原有系统架构的基础上,论述了田湾数字化专设安全设施多样化驱动方案对标准的适应性。%The using of digital I&C protection system in nuclear power plant shows the advantages of digital systems, but also bring forward the concerns about software common cause failure. How to defense the software common cause failure in digital protection system is an important issue in the nuclear safety review of new projects. In order to prevent loss of trigger signal of Engineered Safety Features Actuation System(ESFAS)due to software fault, we set up a diversity system (DAS, also named MASS, means manual actuation standby system ) which is a manual hardware system and bypass the computerized system. This essay outline the requirements of the defending the software common cause failure and set of diversity actuation method, describes the applicability of the diversity system in Tianwan to the standards on the basis of original TXS architecture.
