水厂沉淀池自动排泥系统的优化研究

         

摘要

The automatic control system for sedimentation tank is an important link in production of water treatment plant, which is related to water quality and energy saving and consumption reducing. At present, the domestic most of the sedimentation tanks of water treatment plants are controlled by starting the sludge discharge instructions of the work period for the sedimentation tank. According to the specific situation of the raw water quality and energy saving and consumption reducing requirements of Bijie water treatment plant,we optimized the automatic control system for the sedimentation tank and also analyzed the efficiency of the energy saving and consumption reducing after the system is optimized. It proved that the optimized system guranteed the water quality meets the national drinking water health standards. The optimized system also played a good role in energy saving and consumption reducing.%沉淀池自动控制系统是水厂生产管理的重要环节,关系到出厂水水质和节能降耗。目前,国内大部分水厂的沉淀池控制主要通过沉淀池工作的时间周期来启动排泥指令。根据毕节水厂原水水质的具体情况和节能降耗要求,对沉淀池自动控制系统进行优化,并对优化后系统的节能够降耗效果进行分析,实践证明该系统优化后水厂出厂水质达到国家饮用水卫生标准,对节能降耗起到了很好作用。
