秦山核电二期核岛控制系统维护优化及改进

         

摘要

秦山二期核岛控制系统采用的是Foxboro公司的SPEC200组装式仪表,主要采用小规模集成电路、运算放大器为机组的元件来控制。过程仪表机柜系统(KRG)参与核岛控制及保护信号处理过程,是核电厂核岛核辅重要的信号处理系统,其稳定运行是保障电厂安全运行的一道重要屏障。本文简要介绍了秦山核电二期扩建机组过程仪表系统的原理及功能,结合系统多年运行事件反馈和现场工作经验,从电源改造、电源机箱维护优化、组件维护优化、等几个方面,剖析了系统现存问题和故障现象,对后续系统维护提出了相应的优化改进建议。%Nuclear island control system in Qinshan nuclear power plant Ⅱ is designed based on the Foxboro’s SPEC 200 system,which is controlled by the components mainly including small-scale integrated circuits and operational amplifiers. Processing instrument system can also be called KRG system , it is a important signal processing system for nuclear island and nuclear auxiliary system and participate in nuclear island controlling and protect signal processing. Its safe operation is very important to the safety of the unit. This paper briefly describes the principle and function of KRG system . According to the feedback of operating experience and experience in the field, it deeply analyzes the existing problems of the system in multiple aspects including power supply improvement, component maintenance, digital transformation. It also proposes optimization suggestion for the system.
