福建福清核电站DCS系统全范围模拟机设计

         

摘要

Owing to the growing demand for energy, the exploration of nuclear energy is developing rapidly. China is making rapid progress in the application of nuclear energy. DCS, a developed technology for process control, is widely used in the construction of nuclear power plants. A suitable training system for operators and a powerful dynamic simulation system for experiments and trials are needed in the process of both the construction and the operation of nuclear power plants. DCS can literally offer full scope simulations to operators, process engineers and managers. It also has functions that allow equipment design improvement, controller’s examination, operators training, as well as other important functions. This paper discusses the overall structure of full scope DCS simulations for nuclear power plants and the designing of their integral parts based on the evidence found in the design of DCS in Fujian Fuqing nuclear power plant.%人类对能源不断扩大的需求,促使和平利用核能快速发展,而DCS控制系统作为一项成熟的过程控制技术,已经广泛应用于核电站的建设应用当中。核电站的建成与运行,需要配套的操纵员培训系统,以及功能强大的动态仿真系统来进行各种实验与模拟仿真。核电站DCS系统全范围模拟机能够为操纵员、工艺工程师和管理人员提供全套严格意义上的动态仿真和控制系统模拟功能,并提供改进设备设计、检验控制器、培训操作员和提高设备性能等重要功能。本文将结合福建福清核电站DCS控制系统的设计,介绍核电站DCS系统全范围模拟机的整体结构和重要组成部分的设计。
