本文介绍了一种基于FPGA的高频脉冲信号参数测试系统,可高速高精度测量脉冲信号的幅度、频率、占空比、上升时间等参数。装置利用FPGA的高速和并行特点,实现脉冲信号参数的高速采集;通过与单片机之间的实时通信,进一步增加了数据的后处理能力;采用等精度测量等一系列措施,有效提高了测量精度,缩短了测量时间。实验结果表明,研制的测试仪精度高、可靠性好、误差率低,可用于电信号参数测量、仪器检测等领域。%This paper presents a pulse signal parameter measuring apparatus based on FPGA. The measuring apparatus can measure pulse signal amplitude, frequency, duty cycle, rise time etc. The instrument sample the data of Pulse signal in high speed using high speed and parallel transmission of FPGA. Communication with sing-chip microcomputer increases data processing ability. The equal precision measurement is used to improve the measurement accuracy and to shorten the measuring time. The experimental results shows the test instrument has high precision, good reliability and low error rate. It can be used for electrical signal parameter measurement and instrument detection etc.
