一种核电站手动多样化后备功能样机的设计

摘要

为了验证反应堆保护系统在软件故障情况下的手动多样化方案的有效性,田湾核电站研制了一种手动多样化后备功能样机.该样机可实现事故工况模拟、事故监测、手动操作、反馈接收等多种功能,可用于验证软件故障的情况下,采用手动多样化后备系统应对各类事故的实施效果.同时,该样机也可作为测试培训平台,用于故障测试和调试、运行、维护人员的培训等.%In order to verify the effectiveness of manual diversity program of reactor protection system under condition of software failures, TianWan Nuclear Power Station has developed a prototype machine for manual diversity backup function. This prototype is able to realize multiple functions such as accident condition simulation, accident monitoring, manual operation and feedback reception etc. which could be used to verify the results after manual diversity backup system is adopted for different accidents under condition of reactor protection system software. Meanwhile this prototype can be taken as test and training platform for failure test, commissioning, operation and training of maintenance personnel.
