一种快速拆卸的稳相多芯射频电缆组件的设计

     

摘要

Phase stable technology is the key factor to affect the system measurement accuracy. A new rapid detachable phase stable multiple RF cable assembly is proposed. It is solved excee-ding phase variation before or after detachable in the project. Exceeding phase variation is added to system Inherent Error and influences system measurement accuracy. It is analyzed in detail from RF stable cable principle. Structural design is the most important part from theory analysis and simulation calculation results. It is tested in VSWR and bending phase stability and temper-ature and mechanical life test in detail. The experiment results show that RF cable assembly is easy to be realized in projects. It is convenient, reliable, and can be applied widely in the pro-jects.%稳相技术是影响系统测量精度的重要因素之一,它减小了工程中拆卸前后相位变化过大引入的系统固有误差,进而保证系统的测量精度。提出了一种快速拆卸的稳相多芯射频电缆组件。从稳相电缆的原理进行分析,通过理论分析和仿真计算结果对比,优化稳相结构设计。对电压驻波比、弯曲相位稳定性、温度和机械寿命等方面进行了详细测试。试验结果表明:该集成组件的设计方法合理,降低了设计要求,工程易实现,使用便捷、可靠,具有很强的实用性。
