Based on the basic principle of ultrasonic ranging, designs and realizes an based on DSP level measurement system of ultrasonic open channels, improve the current low level measurement accuracy of ultrasonic open channels. Using a highly efficient ultrasonic launching and echo signal acquisition circuit, the use of TMS320C5509A DSP chip for the system the core, the digital signal processing method improves the signal-to-noise ratio of the echo signal. Use of sound velocity correction to improve the accuracy of measurement. The results of experiment, the system range of 0.4-10 m, and the measurement error less than 5 mm, meet the channel of the practical need of level measurement.%基于超声波测距的基本原理,设计并实现了一种基于DSP芯片的超声波明渠液位测量系统,改进了目前超声波明渠液位测量精度偏低的问题。采用了一种高效的超声波发射和回波信号采集电路,利用TMS320C5509A DSP芯片为系统核心.通过数字信号处理的方法提高了回波信号的信噪比。利用声速修正提高了测量的精度。经实验验证,系统量程为0.4—10m,测量误差小于5mm,满足了明渠液位测量的实际需要。
