钻柱振动信号采集系统的研究与设计

         

摘要

In order to obtain the information of drill string vibration signals which reflect underground working conditions in real-time manner, this paper designed a drill string vibration signal acquisition system. The system uses the piezoelectric acceleration sensor to realize three-dimensional vibration signals measurement and transmission. Because of the complex well field wiring condition, nRFg05 radiofrequency module for wireless signal transmission are selected. Clock circuit and watch- dog circuit are used to improve the system stability and security. The system can achieve three-dimensional vibration signal acquisition and storage, with strong stability and large storage capacity, which can provide high-quality data for the following drill string vibration signal processing.%为了实时获取反映井下工况信息的钻柱振动信号,文中设计了钻柱振动信号采集系统。采用压电式加速度传感器实现三维振动信号的测量变送,针对井场复杂布线情况,选用nRF905射频模块进行无线信号传输,利用时钟电路和看门狗电路提高了系统的稳定性和安全性。系统可完成对三维振动信号的采集存储,具有稳定性强,存储容量大的特点,为后续钻柱振动信号的处理提供了高质量的基础数据。
