一种同步轴健康状态监测装置的设计

     

摘要

In allusion to the problem of monitoring the health state of the rotating shaft under the rotation state,proposed a health monitoring device named Static and Dynamic Torque Measurement. The device transmitted the strain signal collected by the static and dynamic torque sensor to the oscillator through collector ring .Based on the frequency modulation principle, the strain signal is converted into frequency signal which is proportional to the strain .Then the frequency signal is transferred from the sending coil to the receiving coil and converted into voltage signal through the demodulator. Finally the torque signal is calculated, recorded and displayed by PC.Took the synchronous axis of some equipment as an example ,the experimental verification is carried out with the factor of the failure of synchronous shaft.,the device has the advantages of simple structure, high measuring accuracy, stable and reliable performance.%针对旋转轴扭转状态下的健康状态监测问题,提出了一种静动态扭矩测量装置,该装置将静动态扭矩传感器测得的应变信号通过集流环装置传递到振荡器,运用频率调制的原理转换成与应变值成正比的频率信号,从发送线圈送到接收线圈,经过解调器将频率信号转化为电压信号,后送到上位机进行计算得出扭矩信号,并记录和显示.以某装备同步轴为例,结合故障产生因素,进行了实验验证,证明该装置具有结构简单、测量精度高、性能稳定可靠等优点.
