120吨双轴伺服压机载荷前置放大器设计与应用

         

摘要

针对岩石变形研究所使用的双轴伺服压机的环境电磁干扰大的特点,所设计的低噪声载荷前置放大器配备了开关电源滤波电路;放大器具有系统零点补偿电路,可有效补偿双轴伺服压机系统由于环境温度变化、压机系统零漂等因素所带来的检测压力的零点不稳定现象.新设计的载荷前置放大器可稳定且线性地放大载荷传感器输出的微弱信号;其应用于120吨双轴伺服压机的伺服控制中时,可实时地跟踪伺服控制压力,稳定地实现120吨双轴伺服压机的载荷闭环检测与控制.%According to the characteristics of large environmental electromagnetic interference of biaxial servo press used in study of rock deformation, the designed super low noise preamplifier is equipped with the switching power filter circuit. The amplifier has zero compensation circuit of system , which can effectively compensate the instability of zero point of pressure caused by the change of environment temperature and zero drift of the press system. The newly designed load preamplifier can stably and linearly amplify the weak signals output from the load sensor; while the preamplifier can track the servo control pressure real-timely, and closed loop detection and control of load in 120 ton biaxial servo press can be realized stably, when the preamplifier is applied to the servo control of 120 ton biaxial servo press.
