基于PPG信号的无创血氧饱和度测量终端的设计

     

摘要

According to requirement of family and community on the portable monitor,the noninvasive oxygen saturation measurement terminal is designed with TI's MSP430F6659 and AFE4490 chip solution based on PPG (photoplethysmography)signals.Firstly,the hardware and software of the measuring terminal are designed by analyzing the measurement principle of noninvasive blood oxygen saturation.And then the curve is calibrated by blood oxygen simulator.Finally,the continuous measurement of blood oxygen saturation and the real-time display of the PPG signal are realized.According to the contrast test,the correlation of measuring result between the measuring terminal and the leading equipment in foreign countries is more than 97%,indicates that the measurement terminal has a high accurate.%针对家庭和社区医院对便携式监护仪的需求,本文采用TI公司的MSP430F6659和AFE4490芯片方案,设计了基于PPG(光电容积脉搏波描记法)信号的无创血氧饱和度测量终端.首先通过分析无创血氧饱和度的测量原理,进行了测量终端的硬件和软件设计,然后采用血氧模拟仪标定曲线,最后实现了血氧饱和度的连续测量和PPG信号的实时显示.对比测试表明本文设计的测量终端与国外领先设备的测量结果的相关性达到97%以上,具有较高的准确性.
