用扫描电镜-微粒分析仪测量粉末样品

摘要

Microparticle topography and size distribution of TiO2 powder are analyzed by SEM/MPA. The results show that the technology can be used practically the applications of ceramic engineering, metallurgical enegineering, etc. (3 refs.)%利用扫描电镜配备微粒分析仪(SEM/MPA)对粉末样品作了形貌观察和粒度统计分布测定，表明SEM/MPA可在陶瓷工艺、冶金工艺等材料工程中实际应用。
