射频同轴继电器工作电流的最优测法

摘要

Test methods are the main factors affect test efficiency and test accuracy.In engineering, the test of large quantities of RF coaxial relays working current, causing the low test efficiency, low test accuracy and the complex platform building, etc, due to the test method is not clear.In this paper, it is concluded that the optimal measurement method is different of the different RF coaxial relay working current, through a variety of different test platform, based on different kinds of RF coaxial relays.%测试方法是影响测试效率和测试准确性的主要因素。由于工程上测试大批量的射频同轴继电器工作电流的方法不明确，而存在测试效率低、准确性低、平台搭建复杂等缺点，本文针对不同种类的射频同轴继电器，搭建了多种测试平台，通过试验，得出了各种射频同轴继电器的最优测试方法。
