电连接器装配两体绝缘体粘接技术研究

随着工厂加速38999系列产品两体绝缘体的普及,公司两体绝缘体粘接质量严重影响着公司产品的质量,为了保证公司两体绝缘体产品粘接的物理性能与电性能,本文针对我公司38999系列产品两体绝缘体粘接技术使用耐高温环氧胶粘剂ECCOBOND 104 A/B粘接、硫化、工装、注意事项等进行了深入研究.%With the popularity of two body insulators factory speed up 38999 series products, the company two body insulation adhesive quality severely influences the quality of the products of the company, in order to ensure that the two body insulation products of the company and the physical properties of the adhesive and electric properties, this paper I 38999 series products of the company two body insulator ECCOBOND technology using high temperature resistant epoxy adhesive to 104 A/B glue, sulfide, tooling and matters needing attention were studied.
