超声振动辅助混粉电火花表面强化试验研究

         

摘要

In this paper, orthogonal experiments of ultrasonic vibration assisted powder-mixed electrical discharge surface modification were finished. The influence of processing parameters, such as pulse duration, pulse interval, peak current, mixed-powder concentration and ultrasonic vibration amplitude on the formation of strengthen layer by ultrasonic vibration assisted powder-mixed electrical discharge surface modification in kerosene was investigated, and the performance of strengthen layers was tested. Research results show that the performance of modification layer such as micro-hardness, wear resistance was improved obviously, and its thickness is about ten micrometers.%通过对超声振动辅助混粉电火花表面进行的强化试验,分析脉冲宽度、脉冲间隔、脉冲峰值电流、混粉浓度和超声振动振幅等因素对强化层形成的影响规律,并对强化层性能进行研究.结果表明,超声振动辅助混粉电火花表面强化形成的强化层在硬度和耐磨性等方面得到明显提高,强化层厚度可达10 μm左右,可有效提高强化处理表面的性能和使用寿命.
