有限元逆算法在汽车覆盖件数值模拟成形中的应用

摘要

This paper introduces the basic principle and method of the finite elements inverse approach. The software DYNAFORM of sheet forming finite elements analysis is applied to predict its initial blank shape and formability using the geometry model of the automobile panel, completed process complementarity,and to creat reasonable blank nesting type, which can reduce the development cycle and the cost of products.%介绍了有限元逆算法的基本原理和方法,应用板料成形有限元分析软件DYNAFORM,根据已完成工艺补充的汽车覆盖件几何模型来预测它的坯料形状和可成形性,并生成合理的排样方式,以达到缩短产品开发周期、节约成本的目的.
