全钢轮胎模具花纹筋成形工艺分析与研究

摘要

全钢轮胎模具花纹块上的窄筋(花纹筋)用来成形胎面细小沟槽.通过对窄筋加工分析,对电火花成形不同形式的花纹块窄筋的成形方式、加工工艺、电极划分及钢片加工等方面进行了阐述,得出一些经验性的结论.%The narrow bars (pattern bars) on tire mold segment are used for molding the sipes on the tread, this article through processing feasibility analysis of the narrow bars, conducted a systematic and detailed explanations on the process, technology, electrode divided and steel processing of molding the narrow bars in the EDM and get some of the empirical conclusions.
