一种天籁计划专用试验天线研制

             

摘要

In order to make the construction of the small antenna array in Tianlai Project go smoothly , research on the antenna structure form , reflector material and structure , infrastructure design is required .In this paper the asymmetric parabolic cylindrical test antenna prototype is set up based on the modern concept design meth -od, the detection principle of dark energy and the design experience from foreign partners by building two small cylindrical symmetric mesh reflector test models .The precision of antenna framework and net surface is measured with the total station instrument .Both the biggest deformation and the mean-square deviation of the reflector meet the requirement .After 2 years′environmental test , many different measurement statistics of the antenna prototype are obtained , which can provide reference and basis for the structure design , manufacture&installation and net surface selection of the antenna array of Tianlai Project .%要使天籁计划小规模天线阵建设顺利进行,就需对天线的结构形式、网面材料和结构、基础设计等进行研究。文中应用现代概念设计方法,根据暗能量的探测原理和国外合作者搭建的2个小型对称抛物柱形网状反射面试验模型所总结的一些设计经验,建立了不对称的小模型抛物柱面试验天线样机。利用全站仪测量系统对天线框架和网面精度进行了校验,得到的天线面的最大变形量和均方差值均满足设定的指标。经过长达2年的天线样机环境试验,获得了多种测量数据,为天籁计划阵列天线的结构设计、制作安装和网面选择提供了参考依据。
