基于楼宇自动化系统设备节能管理的研究

摘要

暖通空调和通风系统是国家大剧院重点环境耗能设备。作为机电设备的管理中心，楼宇自动化系统在充分发挥设备管理作用的基础上，力争达到进一步节能降耗的目的，通过采用先进的技术手段，不断完善优化控制策略，兼顾设备运行维护管理和节能管理。文章最后分析了目前存在的问题及努力方向。%Air conditioning and ventilation system is the key energy consuming equipment in National Centre for the Performing Arts (NCPA).As the management center of mechanical and electrical equipment, the Building Automation System (BAS) plays the role of electromechanical equipment manager, and strives to achieve further energy saving purpose. BAS completes equipment maintenance management and energy saving management by adopting advanced technology and continuous optimizating control strategy. Finally, the existing problems and the striving direction are analyzed.
