具有电能质量监测功能的智能电表设计

     

摘要

This paper focuses on the power quality requirements of smart grid, and analyzes the power quality indexes and caculation methods. We present a design scheme of new type of smart meter system with the function of power quality monitoring by using C8051F340 and ATT7022B as the hardware's core chips. Combining the design of software, the smart meter system can not only achieve the functions of energy measurement, step tariff, settlement electricity and so on, but also can measure and calculate the power quality monitoring parameters of voltage deviation, voltage fluctuation, three-phase voltage unbalance, harmonic, voltage dips and interruption, frequency deviation and so on. The new smart meter adapts the requirements of smart grid and makes it to be more perfect.%围绕智能电网对电能质量方面的要求,通过分析电能质量指标及其计算方法,提出一种以C8051F340和ATT7022B为硬件核心芯片,具有电能质量监测功能的新型智能电表系统的设计方案.并结合软件设计,使新型智能电表不仅具有电能计量、阶梯电价、结算电费等常规功能,还可以实现如电压偏差、电压波动、三相电压不平衡、谐波、电压骤降和中断、频率偏差等电能质量参数的测量及计算,进一步完善了智能电表的功能,使智能电表更加适应智能电网的发展要求.
