基于LCL滤波器的三相电压型PWM整流器

         

摘要

Three-phase voltage source PWM rectifier can attenuate high frequency harmonics effectively with LCL filter which has a better performance in contrast with L filter under the same standards. In this paper, mathematical model of PWM rectifier with LCL filter was analyzed and dual closed-loop control structure of inner current loop and outer voltage loop was designed at first. Then the filter's different parameters were analyzed and designed based on the current harmonic restriction. At last, a prototype of 5kW rectifier was established for experiment. The results show that the rectifier could sinusoidal input currents and perform at high power factor.%三相电压型PWM整流器采用LCL滤波时对高频谐波抑制效果显著,在满足相同谐波标准下较单电感滤波具有较强优势.首先分析了采用LCL滤波器时的PWM整流器数学模型,结合模型设计了电压外环和电流内环的双闭环控制结构,然后根据谐波要求对滤波器各参数进行分析设计.在此基础上搭建了一台5kW的样机进行实验验证.实验结果表明,整流器可使网侧电流正弦化,系统实现高功率因数运行.
