基于IEC标准的新型电能质量监测装置

         

摘要

为了研发新一代电能质量监测装置,首先分析了IEC电能质量测量标准(IEC61000-4-30、IEC61000-4-7、IEC61000-4-15)中的数据窗口宽度、谐波算法、谐波子群、闪变测量模型等重要问题,然后提出了一种适合IEC谐波测量标准的谐波算法——分块FFT算法,在此基础上研发成功PQM09-6多回路电能质量在线监测装置.专业机构提供的测试报告表明:PQM09-6多回路电能质量在线监测装置符合IEC标准规定的设计原则,具有电能质量测量的A级一致性,并能同时监测6个电力回路(6×3电压、6×3电流).%In order to develope new generation power quality monitoring device,the paper analyzes some important problems of the IEC power quality measurement standards (IEC61000-4-30JEC61000-4-7、IEC61000-4-15) firstly,such as data window width,harmonics measurement method,harmonics sub-group,flicker measurement model,etc.Then it presents a harmonics algorithm namely Block FFT Algorithm which met the requirements of the IEC harmonics measurement standards.Based on the analysis and the algorithm a new power quality on -line monitoring device namely PQM09-6 Multi-loop Power Quality On-line Monitoring Device is developed successfully.The testing report furnished by a professional organization show that the PQM09-6 Multi-loop Power Quality Online Monitoring Device accords with the principle of the IEC standards and has 'A-class consistency' of power quality measurement.Moreover,the PQM09-6 Monitoring Device can monitor 6 electric loops (a loop consists of 6×3 voltage channels and 6x3 current channels).
