In this paper a method of precision measurement for voltage ratio based on dual-channel digital voltmeter is introduced to analyze the overall structure, principle and data processing of the measurement system. The paper uses the method to test the ratio error of the two channels of NI-PXI 5922, and the test results indicate that this method can improve the accuracy of NI-PXI 5922 in voltage ratio measurement. Instrument transformer test set which is designed in this way can still work well even if the ratios of standard transformer and tested transformer are different. And this new type test set is more accurate than the general digital calibrator.% 介绍了一种基于双通道数据采集的电压比例精密测量方法,分析了该测量系统的整体结构、工作原理和数据处理方法。本文将该方法用于NI公司的高速数字化仪PXI-5922,测试了其两个通道之间的电压比例测量误差,并对比直接测量和运用本方法之后的测量误差,结果表明该方法能够有效提高NI PXI-5922测量电压比例的准确度,可以改进仪器设备测量电压比例的准确度。用该方法设计的新型互感器校验仪不要求标准互感器与被测互感器的变比相同,且其准确度比采用微机技术的非平衡差动式校验仪有所提高。
