基于 SVD 的电压跌落持续时间检测新方法

         

摘要

针对电压跌落持续时间检测问题,提出了一种利用Hankel矩阵奇异值分解( SVD)理论检测电压跌落起止时刻新方法,并对不同跌落幅值、谐波和噪声三种干扰下的信号进行适用性仿真分析,并提出对含噪声电压跌落信号选择合适的SVD分量进行信号重构,对重构信号进行SVD检测电压跌落起止时刻。通过 Matlab7.0平台仿真验证所提方法有效性,结果表明该检测方法原理简单,检测精度较高,适用性较强。%In view of the duration of voltage sag detection problem, this paper put forward a new method of using the Hankel matrix singular value decomposition ( SVD) theory to detect the voltage sag begin-end time, and analyzed the applicability simulation of the different drop amplitude, harmonic and noise under three kinds of jamming, and pro-posed to contain the noise voltage drop choosing appropriate SVD components for signal reconstruction, and evaluated the SVD voltage drop begin-end time in the reconstructed signals.By Matlab7.0 platform simulation validation of the proposed method, the results show that the detection method is simple in principle, with high detection precision and strong applicability.
