基于 DSP 控制的低压大电流开关电源设计

         

摘要

设计了一款DSP控制的全数字化低压大电流开关电源。详细分析了主电路、恒压恒流控制策略和死区时间设定等电路,并针对桥式变换器桥臂直通问题,提出了一种抗干扰的驱动电路设计。最后在实验室制作的3kW(15V/200A)电源验证了电路设计的可行性,给出了详细的实验波形和数据,对开关电源设计工程师有一定的借鉴作用。%A low voltage and high current switching power supply based on DSP control is proposed .Using DSP con-trol instead of traditional analog chip , and the main circuit , driver circuit , constant current control strategy and the dead time setting circuit are analyzed .And in view of the problem of bridge arm straight converter , a driver circuit of anti-interference design is put forward .A 3kW (15V/200A) power supply circuit is built to verify the feasibility in the laboratory, finally, the detailed experimental waveforms and data are proposed which has much reference for the switching power supply design.
