基于智能电能表双向交互系统构建探讨

摘要

在电网公司智能电能表应用和用电信息采集系统建设取得了成效的基础上，进一步挖掘智能电能表的支撑能力，实现智能电能表与用户直接交互用电信息，用户与电网的实时互动，满足电力用户日益增长的互动化需求。通过对双向交互内容、现有智能电能表的改造、通讯组网方式、智能用电信息系统的扩展几方面进行探讨，提出了一种依托现有用采系统构建双向交互系统的建设方案。%On basis of the achievemient on the application of smart meter and the construction of power information ac -quisition system , this paper deeply delves the supporting capacity of smart meter to realize the direct information inter -active between smart meter and its users , and the real-time interaction between users and grid , so as to meet the in-creasing interaction requirements of power users .By means of discussing duplex interactive contents , the existing smart meter modification , communication network mode , and the expansion of smart power information system , this paper proposed a construction scheme of building duplex interactive system relying on existing power information ac -quisition system .
