基于复带通滤波的智能电表量测算法及其 DSP 实现

         

摘要

With the development of smart grid, the PV and DG’ s access to the power grid will affect the power quali-ty, then harmonic, inter-harmonics and frequency fluctuation will appear in the grid, which will affect the measure-ment accuracy of meter.Aiming at the new requirements of smart meters of AMI, this paper studies on complex band-pass filtering algorithm based on Gauss window function possessing good time-frequency domain characteristics as the measurement algorithm of smart meter, which can restrain the effect of frequency fluctuation and inter harmonics on the fundamental electrical parameters measurement.Digital Signal Processor ( DSP) can be used in smart meter, and the paper realizes the algorithm on the high performance TMS320C6713DSK platform.The results show that the algo-rithm can collect the various characteristic parameters of power measurements of smart meter during the presence of harmonic and inter harmonic, this method has good real-time performance,strong anti-interference ability,high preci-sion,fast processing speed and other advantages.%智能电网中光伏、风电等分布式电源通过电力电子接口接入电网将对电网电能质量造成影响,尤其在分布式电源孤网运行时将致使网络中出现谐波、间谐波以及频率波动,进而影响电表的测量精度。针对智能电网高级量测体系( AMI)中对智能电表的要求,研究了一种基于高斯窗函数复带通滤波智能电表量测算法,该方法具有良好时频局部化特性,可以有效抑制频率波动、谐波、间谐波对于基波电气参数测量的影响。进一步地,在高性能的数字信号处理器平台( TMS320C6713DSK平台)上实现该量测算法,在测量基波电气量的同时还具有可进行电能质量监测的优点。测试结果表明,该算法可以在频率波动以及含背景谐波、间谐波条件下准确测得各待测电压电流波形的基波电气参数及电能计量数据,具有实时性好以及计算精度高等优势。
