集散控制系统已成为流程工业控制的重要组成部分,对于学生相关知识与技能的培养也成为专业教学的重要一环,但实验设备的匮乏却极大地制约了学生技能的学习与获取.给出一种基于EMERSON-Delta V DCS的过程控制实验系统.首先介绍了A3000型过程控制实验装置的结构组成,以及Delta V集散控制系统的特点；其后给出了基于Delta V DCS的过程控制实验系统的基本结构,硬软件配置、功能以及应用系统组态的基本思路与实施结果.应用表明,系统为学生在专业理论学习与实际工程应用之间搭建了一座桥梁.%Distributed Control System has played an important role in process industrial control, and the related knowledge and skills training have also become a key of professional teaching for students, but lack of relevant experimental equipment has greatly restricted the student' s skills learning and access. In this paper, a process control experimental system based on DELTA V DCS was provided. Firstly, the paper introduced the structure and composition of A3000 process control experimental device and the characteristics of DELTA V distributed control system. Secondly, the basic construction, hardware and software configurations, functions of the DELTA V DCS - based process control experimental system were given and the basic ideas and implementation of system configuration were also present here. Application shows that this control system built a bridge between studying in professional theory and practical application for students.
