Under consideration of the characteristics of PLC FC electrode automatic regulating system,it finds application in the electric arc furnace through technological transformation.Practical operation proves improvement of the automation level of steelmaking arc furnace,and the efficacy of FC electrode regulator is effectively raised.%结合PLC型变频电极自动调节系统的特点，通过技术改造将其应用到电弧炉上，实际运行证明能够提高企业炼钢电弧炉的自动化水平，有效提升变频电极调节器使用效能。
