光伏发电的随机性和无功负荷极大地影响配电网的运行质量。为了提高配电网的电能质量和并网设备利用率,将配电网静止同步补偿器(Distribution Static Synchronous Compensator,DSTATCOM)与光伏并网逆变器相结合实现无功补偿。并在此基础上,提出一种基于边界扫描的MPPT方法,速度快、精度高,能减少直流电压的震荡。最后,通过仿真验证了新型MPPT光伏并网方法的有效性和良好的动静态性能。%The randomnessand reactive load of photovoltaic power generation has a severe impact on the operational quality of the distribution network.To raise its power quality and utilization ratio of grid connection device,DSTATCOM (Distribution Static Synchronous Compensator)is combined with the photovoltaic grid connection inverter to realize static var compensation.Furthermore,this paper presents the MPPT method based on boundary scanning,which has a high speed and accuracy and can reduce DC voltage shock. Finally,simulation results verify the effectiveness and good dynamic and static performance of the presented new MPPT photovoltaic grid connection.
