The ceramic PTC electric heater can produce higher impact current when it starts. The original control method is to use two relays with same rated current which is higher than the impact current accrued on the control circuit. Now we use the“time-sharing control”technology to decrease the capacitance of either of these two relays. Comparison of the new method with the original one shows it can reduce the cost under the promise of ensuring the safety of the electric control circuit.%陶瓷PTC电加热器启动时有较大的冲击电流,原有的控制方式是采用两个额定电流值相同且大于控制电路中冲击电流值的电磁继电器进行同步控制。现采用“分时控制技术”来降低其中一个继电器的容量,在保证控制电路电气安全的前提下降低成本。
