基于传递法的电机转矩测量分析

摘要

Torque is one of the most important parameter of the motors. It concerns with the service life and security of the equipment, it plays an important role in improving mechanical behavior, so it is necessary to measure the torque. Firstly, this paper introduces the theories knowledge of the torque measurement based on the transfer method. This paper also mentions six different methods of torque measurement. We introduce the working principle of the methods and then make a simple evaluation for them based on their merits and faults.%转矩是电机械的重要工作参数，它关系到机械设备的寿命和安全性，对改进和提高机械性能有着重要作用。所以对转矩进行测量掌握其现时数据是很有必要的。本文首先介绍了传递法转矩测量的原理，讨论了6种基于不同传感器的转矩测量方法，并逐一解析其基本的工作原理，基于其优缺点对该种转矩测量方法的优劣进行讨论。
