通过对比分析了R290冷媒与R410a冷媒特性，对某款除湿机R410a系统转化为R290冷媒系统的优化设计方案。通过压缩机排量，冷媒灌注量，两器管径选择原则方面进行系统优化设计。R410A系统转化为R290时，压缩机应选用大排量，排量需增加71%左右；冷媒灌注量可减少50%；蒸发器设计选用短流程，冷凝器设计选用小管径。%By comparing and analyzing the characteristics of R290 refrigerant and R410a refrigerant, the optimized design scheme of the R410a system for a desiccant cooling system is transformed into a R290 system. The optimiza-tion design of system is carried out through the compressor displacement, the cooling medium flow volume, and the two tube diameter selection principle. R410A system transformation for R290 compressor should be selected large displacement, displacement to increase by about 71%; refrigerant perfusion can be reduced by 50%; evaporator design selection process is short, condenser design should select tubular diameter.
