GB 31241-2014《便携式电子产品用锂离子电池和电池组安全要求》标准解读

GB 31241-2014,Lithium ion batteries used in portable electronic equipments-Safety requirement will be implemented on August 1, 2015. It is the first national standard for lithium ion batteries used in portable electronic equipments. And the safety requirements are about electrical safety, environment safety, battery protection circuit and system protection circuit. This paper provides the particular expatiation on standard designations, the number and con-dition of the test samples of each type, and the test items.%GB 31241-2014《便携式电子产品用锂离子电池和电池组安全要求》将于2015年8月1号正式实施，其是关于便携式电子产品用锂离子电池和电池组安全要求的首个强制标准，该标准在电安全、环境安全、保护电路以及系统保护电路等方面对锂电池和电池组做出安全要求。本文从定义、送样要求以及各章试验要求进行标准解读。
