浅析空调蒸发器拼接缝隙用热熔胶工艺

摘要

This paper mainly expounds the research and development of a new type hot melt adhesive, introduces the composition of the material, physical properties, and process parameters setting principle. Hot melt adhesive, HY-31EVA is selected. Then its characteristics in evaporator splicing gap of high and low temperature resistant, water-proof, anti-corrosion, anti-mildew properties and UV resistant, flame resistant performance, and the use of the sealant stitching seam construction technology are introduced.%本文主要阐述了一种新型热熔胶的开发和研究，介绍了材料的成分、物理特性、工艺参数设定的原理。选用HY-31EVA热熔胶，介绍其在蒸发器拼接缝隙中耐高、低温，防水、防腐蚀、防霉性能以及耐紫外光、防阻燃的性能，以及采用此密封胶的拼接缝隙施工工艺。
