探讨电子电器产品工作电压测试中容易忽视的七个关键问题

摘要

本文探讨了电子电器产品工作电压测量时，电源L/N极性、TN-S供电网络、示波器接地、示波器探头、示波器信号耦合方式和信号采集模式、不同波形的电压有效值与仪器输入阻抗等容易忽视的七个关键问题，解读电子电器产品标准关于工作电压的测试要求。%This paper discusses the key understandings of working voltage test for electronic and electrical appliances which are easy to be ignored, including polarity of supply, TN-S supply network, oscilloscope grounding, oscillo-scope’s probe, signal coupling mode and acquisition mode of oscilloscope, r.m.s value of different voltage wave and the instrument input impedance. Through this paper, better understanding of the requirements of working voltage mea-surement concerning the standards of electronic and electrical appliances can be achieved.
