基于ARM_Linux的逆变式CO2焊接电源波形控制系统研究

         

摘要

Aim to the disadvantages of the control system in CO2 arc power source with the feature of short circuit transfer, such as lots of elements,difficult adjusting parameters,poor flexibility and accuracy of control,this paper designed a waveform control system of inverter CO2 arc power source based on ARM Linux, which is based on S3C244O microprocessor as core control chip, adopted incremental PI operational procedure software, realized the control of waveform of inverter CO2 arc power source with the feature of short circuit transfer.With the microprocessor S3C2440,reduces and removes the bottom documents in Linux system,application layer control main program derives three subprocesses, controls each welding, human-machine interface based on Qt, remote network communication, meanwhile, utilizes FIFO to realize process to process communication.%针对短路过渡CO2焊接电源电子控制系统元件较多、参数调节较难、控制灵活性和精确性较差等缺点,设计了一种基于ARM_Linux的逆变式CO2焊接电源波形控制系统.该系统以S3C2440微处理器作为核心控制芯片,采用增量式PI运算程序软件,实现了短路过渡CO2焊接过程焊接电压和焊接电流的波形控制.在S3C2440中,对Linux系统底层文件进行裁减和移植后,应用层控制主程序派生三个子进程,分别控制焊接任务、基于Qt的人机交互界面、远程网络通讯,同时利用有名管道(FIFO)实现进程间通信.
