介绍海洋运输用集装箱钢结构的结构特征,分析箱体钢结构的焊接工艺方案及技术特点,采用Abaqus软件对箱体结构及支撑立柱的焊接强度进行了数值模拟.研究表明:采用合理的焊接方法和优良的工艺技术能制造出高质量的箱体钢结构;数值模拟结果表明:工况条件下箱体钢结构最大应力256MPa,发生在箱体顶部中间位置,海运集装箱钢结构的强度和力学性能完全满足设计使用要求.%The structural feature of steel structure for container on marine transportation was introduced in this paper.Technical characteristics and welding processes program of steel structure was analyzed.Abaqus software was used lo simulating welding strength of container steel structure and connected column-Study showed that high quality container steel structure could be produced with reasonable welding processes and advanced manufacture technologies.Results of numerical simulation showed that,the max welding stress 256 MPa was in the intermediate position of the top part.The strength and mechanical properties of steel structure for container on marine transportation were fulfilled the designed requirements.
