药皮类型对E308-XX型不锈钢焊条工艺质量的影响

     

摘要

The coating types,metal transfer mode and metallurgical process characteristics of the E308-XX stainless steel electrodes were introduced, the effects of coating types on usability quality of E308-XX stainless steel electrodes were discussed.The resultsshowed that there are five types of electrode coating--the arc welding power source type and polarity that they use, and applicablewelding position is different.The electrodes with no.15 and no.25 coating type show short circuiting transfer mode,the electrode with no.16 coating type shows the mixed transfer mode of short circuiting transfer and flux-wall guided transfer,the electrodes with no.17 and 26 coating type show flux-wall guided transfer mode. The silicon reduction reactions in the metal transfer zone of the electrodes with no.16,no.17 and no.26 coating type make the droplet oxidize and fine,thus forming the flux-wall guided transfer mode favorably. The usability quality problems of electrodes with 15 and 16 coating type are overcome respectively by the electrodes with no.25 and no.26 coating type,but it is impossible that the electrodes with no.15 and no.16 coating type are replaced completely by electrodes with no.25 and no.26 coating type.the usability of electrodes with no.17 coating type is the best, but the sensitivity of the electrode porosity is existential.the comprehensive properties of electrodes with no.15 and no.25 coating type are better than that of electrodes with no.16,no.17 and no.26 coating type.%介绍了E308-XX型不锈钢焊条药皮类型、熔滴过渡形态和冶金学过程的特点,探讨药皮类型对焊条工艺质量的影响.结果表明,E308-XX型焊条药皮类型有五种,其所用电源类型、极性以及适用的焊接位置各异.药皮类型15和25焊条具有短路过渡形态,药皮类型16焊条具有短路+渣壁混合过渡形态,药皮类型17和26焊条具有渣壁过渡形态.药皮类型16、17和26焊条,在熔滴过渡区的渗Si反应使熔滴增氧、细化,有利形成渣壁过渡.药皮类型25和26焊条分别克服了15和16焊条的工艺质量问题,但前者不能完全取代后者;药皮类型17焊条的工艺性最好,但对气孔敏感;药皮类型15、25焊条焊缝的综合性能比16、17和26更好.
