用户分时段停电损失费用的多源信息融合估算方法

摘要

为了克服停电损失调查法的不足,应用多源信息融合理论,提出了由综合用户分时段停电损失基本函数曲线.确定待评估区域用户分时段停电损失费用的估算方法；提出了多源信息效度的概念,客观地反映了各信息源对于基本函数曲线的贡献;根据待评估区域的单位电力综合产值即可求得用户分时段停电损失费用及其随停电时间变化的曲线或解析式.算例结果证明了该算法的实用性和有效性.%Based on multi-source infoimation fusion theory, a new customer time-sharing interruption cost investigation method is proposed. The method uses colligation time-sharing interruption cost function curves to calculate interruption cost. The concept of multi-source information validity which reflects effect of the information source on the basic function curve is defined. Based on the unit electric energy consumption, the customer time-sharing interruption cost curve or analytic formula with respect to the time change is deduced. The simulation example shows the effectiveness and validity of proposed method.
