计及系统调频需求的风电场有功调整方法

         

摘要

With the rapid increase of the wind power capacity, the difficulty of system frequency regulation is more apparent than ever due to the volatility and randomicity of wind power. A power regulation method for wind turbines and wind farms, considering their regulation characteristics and the stratified feature of system frequency control, is established. This stratified regulation strategy is based on the real-time system frequency deviation. Simulation results show that by using the proposed method, a wind farm can quickly and effectively regulate its output to support the system frequency stability according to the system frequency regulation demand and shorten the duration of the abnormal system frequency.%随着风电并网容量的快速增加,风电功率的波动性与随机性给系统调频控制带来的困难也更加突出.从风电场参与系统调频控制的角度出发,结合风电场和风电机组调节特性以及系统频率分级调整的特点,建立一种适用于大规模风电并网系统的风电场及其风电机组有功功率分级控制框架,并提出基于系统实时频率偏差的风电场及其风电机组有功调控算法.仿真结果表明,该方法能够使得风电场根据系统调频需求快速调整有功功率输出,从而缩短频率异常时间,给系统的频率稳定提供有效的支撑.
