2010年,全国电力需求高速增长,恶劣天气频发,新设备密集投运,国家电网公司克服重重困难,圆满完成世博会电力保障和特高压直流示范工程投产运行等重大生产任务,保障电网安全稳定运行.通过对2010年国家电网系统内影响较大的电网安全故障进行统计发现,自然灾害和设备因素引发的故障占总故障数的80%,在特高压互联电网高速发展的大背景下,为应对电网安全运行所面临的挑战,对电网调度机构如何加强电网安全运行管理提出了措施建议.%In 2010, with the challenges of growing power demand, frequent bad weather and densely-scheduled new facility commissioning,SGCC tackled all the difficulties to safeguard the safe and stable operation of the grid, and fulfilled the major tasks of ensuring power supply to the World Expo in Shanghai and commissioning of the UHVDC demonstration project.The grid security and stability have been greatly improved.The statistics and analysis of the transmission system faults occurred in 2010 concludes that the weather conditions and the equipment quality are the main causes of system faults.Suggestions are given in order to answer the challenges of power security and to strengthen the supervision and management of the power dispatching system with the fast development in UHV interconnected network.
