低挥发分煤锅炉燃烧设备选型

The diffculty of ignition and burn-out of low volatile coal are topics for design and selection of combustion apparatus The characteristics of ignition and burn-out of low volatile coal was analyzed.The techical measures of ignition and burn-out were discussed. The adaptability of internal tangential firing, wall firing and double-arch firing boilers to low volatile coal were researched. The statistical analysis of main design parameters of internal tangential firing. wall firing and double arch firing boilers with low volatile coalwere carried out. The recommended thermodynamic characteristic parameters of furnace were presented. The suitable combustion system abd boiler types with different low volatile coal were recommended to solve the problem of matching of boiler types and combustion.%低挥发分煤的着火与燃尽是这种锅炉燃烧设备设计选型的首要问题,分析了低挥发分煤的着火与燃尽特性,探讨了强化燃烧与燃尽的技术措施;研究切圆燃烧、墙式燃烧和双拱燃烧对低挥发分煤的适应性;统计分析国内燃用低挥发分煤的切圆、墙式和双拱锅炉的主要设计参数,提出了锅炉炉膛的热力特性参数推荐值.对于锅炉炉型和燃烧系统的匹配问题,推荐出当采用不同的挥发分煤种时,应采用的燃烧系统及炉型.
