火电机组燃料品质自适应性优化控制策略研究

         

摘要

燃料品质变化对机组的自动发电控制(AGC)调节性能产生很大影响,使许多机组AGC品质受到考核.从锅炉跟随为基础的锅炉燃料量控制入手,分析燃料变化对AGC调节品质的影响,推导出了AGC快速变负荷的条件,提出了以负荷-基准燃料率关系为基础的燃料热值校正方法和实用的热值校正系统.提出的方法在某1 000MW机组应用,AGC考核结果表明,所提出的热值校正对AGC调节品质有明显的改善,具有较好的推广应用价值.%The variation of fuel quality has great influence on the automatic generation nontml(AGC) regulation performance. The regulation quality doesni meet the requirement of dispatching center. Based on fuel flow control of boiler following mode, the influence of fuel variation on AGC regulation performance was analyzed. The condition of AGC fast load change was derived. A real calorific value correction system and a correction method of fuel calorific value based on the relationship between load and criterion fuel rate were proposed. The method was applied in a 1 000 MW unit. The results of AGC evaluation show that the method improves the regulation performance of AGC obviously. It has widely application value.
