基于物元综合评价法的高耗能企业电力能效评价

         

摘要

Analyzing and evaluating energy power levels of energy efficiency for the high energy consumption is a focus research at present. lt was first proposed to apply matter element comprehensive evaluation in high energy-consuming enterprises evaluate the power efficiency,and construct of energy power levels of energy efficiency model based on the matter-element extension theory. For the characteristics of complexity of energy power lev-els of energy efficiency system and incompatibility of dividing index level ,applying element extension element model of set theory structures,identifying level of high energy-consuming enterprises through the calculation of weight and the correlation service. Taking GanSu a ferroal oy enterprises as an example to evaluate energy power levels of energy efficiency,the results show that the evaluation results of energy power levels of energy efficiency method based on the matter-element evaluation method are more objective,more precise and more reasonable.%分析、评价高耗能企业电力能效水平是政府和高耗能企业共同关注的热点问题。首次提出将物元综合评价法应用与高耗能企业电力能效评价,并构建了高耗能企业电力能效评价的物元综合评价模型,针对高耗能企业电力能效评价体系的复杂性和各指标之间等级划分不相容性的特点,应用物元可拓集理论构造物元模型,通过权重与关联度计算对高耗能企业电力能效等级进行识别。实证结果表明:基于物元评价法的高耗能企业电力能效评价结果更加客观、精细、合理。
