激光雷达小型化及其在输电系统中的应用研究

         

摘要

The small laser radar can be widely used in acquiring the three-dimensional data of the transmission system, since it’s less weight to be easily mounted on a manned or unmanned aircraft platform and it’s low cost, only one-third of the large-scale laser radar, to be readily applied in much filed. An unmanned autonomous helium airship equipped with a small-scale laser radar system is independently developed. With them, the three-dimensional data of the high-voltage transmission lines and substations in the Sichuan Province at different altitudes and terrain conditions are acquired. And the corresponding data management and analysis software for line inspection is developed based on the acquired data. In conclusion, it is not only high efficient but also low-cost, safe and reliable that the small laser radar mounted on a helium airship is applied in the data acquisition of the transmission system. Meanwhile, the patrol line data management and analysis software can greatly improve the speed of fault location, the efficiency of the repairmen program and the accuracy of forecasting the danger in the transmission system.%  小型激光雷达因其重量轻,可搭载于各种有人或无人飞行平台上,可广泛应用于输电系统中三维数据采集;也因其成本只有大型激光雷达的三分之一左右,也便于推广应用。本文以自主研发的可自主飞行的无人氦飞艇为飞行平台、搭载自主研发的小型激光雷达系统,通过对四川境内不同海拔高度、地形条件的高压输电线路和变电站在进行了三维数据采集试验,并根据采集的基础数据开发了相应的巡线数据管理分析软件。试验证明氦飞艇载小型激光雷达应用在输电系统的数据采集中,不仅效率高、成本低,而且安全可靠;巡线数据管理分析软件大大提高了输电系统中故障定位速度、检修方案制定效率和危险预测准确度。
